One game a line, or rows copied from a spreadsheet or a league site. Nothing is guessed: each line shows how it was read, and anything unclear is marked for you to fix. **Colours, badge and detailsno badge, a monogram is drawn** Up to 12 characters, for the graphics and the monogram. Type a short name, up to 12 characters. It goes on the graphics and the monogram. Optional, such as Under 12s. Optional. A home game with no venue typed is printed at this ground. - **Text:** Text on your main colour prints in white, at 11.2 to 1. - **Text:** Text on your second colour prints in black, at 12.5 to 1. Badge PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 2 MB. It never leaves this browser. With no badge, a monogram of the short name is drawn. ### Fixtures No fixtures yet. No fixtures yet. Paste your list above, or add games one at a time. Your poster appears beside once a fixture is ready. **Saved in this browserUnnamed team** Changes save as you type, in this browser only. Nothing is uploaded. ### Poster Your poster appears here once a fixture is ready. Before the poster can be saved: Type the team name. It heads the poster. Optional: sponsor thanks, a website, a contact. Up to 90 characters. ### Match day graphics A square post and a story for each game, with the badge and your colours. The graphics appear here once a fixture is ready. ### How it reads your list 1. **Every line is shown as read.** Date, kick-off, opponent, home or away and the ground, side by side with the line you pasted, so a misread is easy to spot. 2. **Nothing is guessed.** A line with no time, no home or away, or a date like 03/04 that reads two ways is marked, with the fix one click away. The poster waits until every row is right. 3. **The poster fits itself.** One, two or three columns, with the text never smaller than 9 pt, and home games marked H in your colour so the poster still reads in black and white. Here are the formats, the rules in order, and what it does not do. ### The paste formats it reads Rows copied from a spreadsheet (split by tabs), CSV files (split by commas, or semicolons), columns split by a bar, and plain lines. Each line below was read by the same code the maker runs. | Pasted | Date | Time | Opponent or sides | H or A | Venue | Competition | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `Sat 7 Mar 2027 10:30 vs Rovers (A) at Park Lane` | Sat 7 Mar 2027 | 10:30 | Rovers | A | Park Lane | none | | `2027-03-14, 11:00, Hillside Athletic, H, Millbrook Rec` | 2027-03-14 | 11:00 | Hillside Athletic | H | Millbrook Rec | none | | `21/03/2027 [tab] 3pm [tab] Away [tab] Northgate Colts [tab] Northgate Park` | 21/03/2027 | 3pm | Northgate Colts | A | Northgate Park | none | | `March 28 2027 / 10:00 / @ Eastwood Rangers / Eastwood Sports Ground` | March 28 2027 | 10:00 | Eastwood Rangers | A | Eastwood Sports Ground | none | | `Sat 3 Apr 2027 10:30 Hillside Athletic v Millbrook Juniors [Cup]` | Sat 3 Apr 2027 | 10:30 | Hillside Athletic v Millbrook Juniors | from the sides | blank | Cup | | `Sat 10 Apr 2027 No game, Easter break` | Sat 10 Apr 2027 | A break: No game, Easter break | | | | | | `Sat 17 Apr 2027 TBC vs Kingsmead Wanderers (H)` | Sat 17 Apr 2027 | TBC | Kingsmead Wanderers | H | blank | none | In a line, the date comes first, with or without a weekday. The time can follow it or sit anywhere in the line. “vs”, “v”, “versus” or “against” starts the opponent, and “@” before it means away. (H), (A), (Home) or (Away) mark home or away. The ground follows “at”, a spaced dash or a bar. Text in square brackets, or a last pair of round brackets that is not H or A, is the competition. A line whose words start with No game, Break, Half term, Holiday or Bye is a break week. With a header row, columns are read by their names, such as Date, Kick off, Opponent, Home/Away, Venue, Competition, Notes, Home team and Away team. Without one, each cell is read by what it holds: a date, a time, an H or an A, then text in order as opponent, venue, competition and notes. ### The rules, in the order they run 1. **Plain text first.** Windows and old Mac line endings, a byte order mark and non-breaking spaces are made plain. Curly double quotes are read as straight ones, so a quoted CSV field still reads; apostrophes in names are kept as typed. 2. **One row a line.** Every line that is not blank becomes a row, holding the line you pasted. A line nothing could be read from is still a row, marked Needs a fix, so nothing pasted disappears unseen. A line over 300 characters stops the whole paste. 3. **Dates that read two ways are asked about.** 03/04 is 3 April day first and March 4 month first. If any date reads both ways, you choose the order once and every date follows it. A date that can only be read one way is read that way, unless the list has some of each kind, when you are asked as well. Dates written 2027-03-04 and dates with a month name are never ambiguous. 4. **Missing years come from the season start.** A date with no year, such as Sat 7 Mar, takes its year from the month and year the season starts, which you are asked for: a month from the start month onward is in the start year, an earlier month in the next year. Two digit years are 20xx, and years outside 2000 to 2099 are refused. 5. **Weekdays are checked.** If a line says Sat and the date is a Sunday, the row is marked with both days named. 6. **Times are wall-clock times.** 10:30, 10.30, 10:30:00, 10:30am and 3pm are read; TBC, TBA and TBD print as TBC. There is no time zone and no conversion: the poster prints the kick-off the league gave. A blank time is marked, with a button to mark it TBC. 7. **Home or away is never assumed.** A row with neither is marked, with Home and Away buttons. When a league export names both sides, the side that equals your team name or short name (capitals, spaces and punctuation ignored) is you. 8. **Venues.** A home game with no venue is printed at the home ground you set; with none set, the row is marked, with a button for Venue TBC. 9. **Limits.** 1 to 60 fixtures and up to 20 breaks; team names up to 40 characters, short names up to 12, opponents up to 40, venues up to 60, notes up to 60. Text the poster fonts cannot draw, such as an emoji, is refused with the character named, never dropped. 10. **Copies and clashes.** A second row with the same date, time, opponent and home or away is a copy and must be removed. Two games at the same time on one day are flagged to check. Two games on one day at different times are fine. 11. **Sorted by date, then kick-off.** TBC games come after the timed games of that day. A season that crosses a new year is labelled like 2026/27. Games before today on your device are marked Played and still print. 12. **Nothing exports until every row is ready.** Fix or remove each marked row and the poster, the season image and the graphics can be saved. ### How the poster fits itself 1. Every arrangement of 1, 2 or 3 columns, with the header at full, 85, 72, 60 or 50 percent height, is tried at every body text size from the largest down to the floor, in steps of 0.25 pt. The floor is 9 pt on paper and 20 px on the social image. 2. An arrangement fits when month headings, games and breaks flow down the columns without running into the footer. Text is never cut: a long name wraps, and a word too long for its line breaks between letters. 3. The largest body text wins; on a tie, fewer columns, then the taller header. An arrangement up to 1.5 pt smaller is chosen instead when it wraps fewer lines of names and details. 4. Space left over goes inside the rows, up to half a line each; the list always starts right under the key to the H and A marks. 5. A month heading never ends a column. A column that starts part way through a month repeats its heading with CONT. If nothing fits at the floor, no poster is made, and the page says what to shorten or which size holds more. #### Worked example The sample season, an invented under 12s team with 22 games and 2 breaks, in the classic style: | Size | Columns | Body text | | --- | --- | --- | | A4 | 2 | 15 pt | | Letter | 2 | 15 pt | | A3 | 2 | 21 pt | | Social, 1080 by 1350 | 2 | 30 px | The social image leaves venues and notes out so the games read on a phone; the paper sizes print them under each opponent. ### The colour rule Text on a team colour is set in white or in black, whichever has the higher contrast. For any colour at all one of the two reaches at least 4.58 to 1, so every word on a colour passes the 4.5 to 1 floor for normal text, and the maker says which it chose. Home rows in the classic style carry a 14 percent tint of the main colour, always light enough for dark text. - #1f3a68: text in white, at 11.2 to 1. - #f2c230: text in black, at 12.5 to 1. - #c8102e: text in white, at 5.8 to 1. - #7fb2e5: text in black, at 9.4 to 1. A colour under 1.5 to 1 against white paper barely shows, and two colours under 1.5 to 1 apart read as one: both are flagged with a plain warning. Colour is never the only cue: every home game carries an H and every away game an A. Dark mode changes the page, never the poster, which is always printed on white. ### Graphics, badges and files - Per-game graphics are 1080 by 1080 and 1080 by 1920 pixels, saved as PNG and named by date, so a folder sorts in fixture order. - The ZIP of every graphic is made in the page, one image at a time, with a count of images made and a Cancel button; the page stays usable while it works. - A badge is a PNG, JPG or SVG of up to 2 MB, drawn in the page and kept as a PNG of at most 360 pixels a side, transparency included. An SVG that refers to anything outside itself is refused. With no badge, a monogram of the short name is drawn. - The PDF carries its own fonts, cut down to the letters used, so it prints the same on any computer or at a copy shop. ### What it is not - Not a league's official list: it prints what you paste. Check changes with your league. - Not a guesser: an unclear line is marked for you, never filled in. - Not an uploader: lists and badges stay in your browser, and there is no account. - Not a design tool: three styles, your colours and your badge, laid out by fixed rules. By Fixturefold. Published 19 October 2026. Last updated 19 October 2026. ### Why a checklist A fixture poster is read for months. A wrong kick-off time on it sends a family to an empty pitch, and a game printed in the wrong month is missed entirely. Most mistakes come from copying a list by hand into a template, so the checks below are the ones that catch copying slips. ### The checklist 1. **Dates and weekdays agree.** If the league list says Sat 7 Mar, check that 7 March really is a Saturday in that year. A season from August to May crosses a new year, and the second half is where a wrong year creeps in. 2. **Day and month are the right way round.** 03/04 is 3 April in most of the world and March 4 in the United States. Find one date in the list with a day above 12, such as 25/03, to see which way the list is written. 3. **Every game has a time or says TBC.** A blank time on a poster is read as a mistake. TBC tells families the club will confirm it. 4. **Home and away are marked in words or letters.** Colour alone disappears on a black and white copy and for anyone who does not see colour well. An H or an A on each row survives both. 5. **Venues are named for away games.** For home games one line saying where home is will do. 6. **No game is listed twice.** Pasting from two sources often doubles a game. Two games at the same time on one day is the other sign. 7. **Text is at least 9 pt.** Below that, a poster on a fridge is hard to read from a step away. If 60 games will not fit at that size, use 2 or 3 columns or a larger sheet. 8. **Colours read.** Text on the team colour needs a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1. Very light team colours, such as pale yellow, need black text, and almost white colours barely show on white paper. 9. **The paper size matches.** A4 is 210 by 297 mm, Letter is 8.5 by 11 inches, and A3 is twice the area of A4. A PDF made for one and printed on the other is scaled, which shrinks the text. 10. **The footer says who to ask.** A website or a contact, and the sponsor if the kit has one. Add the date the list was last checked. ### A worked example An under 12s list has 22 league and cup games from September to May and 2 half term weeks. Pasted into Fixturefold, 1 line reads “Sat 31 Oct vs Westbrook Lions (A)” with no time, so the row is marked Needs a fix with a button to mark the time TBC. Another reads “Sun 13 Mar”, and 13 March 2027 is a Saturday, so that row is marked too. With both fixed, the 22 games and 2 breaks fit on A4 in 2 columns with the body text at 15 pt, and every home game carries an H in the team colour. ### Common mistakes - Fixing a typo on the poster but not in the list it came from, so next month's reprint brings the mistake back. - Printing at “fit to page” when the PDF is already the right size; print at actual size, or 100 percent. - Shrinking text to squeeze in sponsor logos. The games are what people read. - Forgetting break weeks. A half term with no game is worth a line so nobody turns up. ### When the list changes Leagues move games. Change the row, make the poster again and say so: a small “Updated” date near the top tells families which copy is current. Keep the old copy until the new one is up, so nobody is left with nothing. ### Sources - [CSS Paged Media Module Level 3, page size keywords](https://www.w3.org/TR/css-page-3/), W3C. A poster made from a provisional list usually needs a second version within a month, so say provisional in the footer if it is. **Should past games stay on a reprinted poster?** Yes. Families use the poster to see the whole season, and a reprint that drops the first half looks like a different list. Fixturefold keeps every game you leave in the list. **Is black and white printing fine?** Yes, if home and away are marked in letters as well as colour. Fixturefold prints an H or an A on every row, so a grey photocopy still reads. --- # Reading a league fixture export, Fixturefold URL: https://fixturefold.com/guides/league-fixture-export/ Last reviewed: 2026-10-19 > How to turn the fixture list a league website gives you, as CSV, spreadsheet rows or copied text, into rows a fixture poster can use without date mistakes. ## Reading a league fixture export A league export is usually a CSV file or a table with one game a row. Before it can become a poster, find which columns hold the date, the time and the two teams, check which way round the dates are written, and turn Home team and Away team into your opponent and an H or an A. By Fixturefold. Published 19 October 2026. Last updated 19 October 2026. ### What an export looks like Most league sites offer the season as a download or a table. Both carry the same columns in some order: a date, a kick-off time, the home team, the away team, and often a venue, a competition and a match number. A CSV file is plain text with the columns split by commas. In much of Europe spreadsheet software splits them by semicolons instead, because the comma is the decimal mark there. One rule of the format matters for team names: a field that contains a comma, such as a pitch named “Northgate Park, Pitch 2”, is wrapped in double quotes, and a double quote inside a field is written twice. A list opened and saved again in a word processor sometimes turns those straight quotes into curly ones, which breaks the columns. Fixturefold reads curly double quotes as straight ones for that reason. ### The four checks 1. **Find the header row.** The first line usually names the columns. Columns that do not belong on a poster, such as a referee or a match number, can stay: they are listed as not used. 2. **Work out the date order.** Look for a date with a day above 12. 25/03/2027 can only be day first; 03/25/2027 can only be month first. ISO dates, written 2027-03-25, are never ambiguous, which is why they are the safest form to export if the site offers it. 3. **Turn two teams into one opponent.** A league list names both sides with the home side first. Your poster needs the other side and an H or an A. 4. **Check the times.** Spreadsheets sometimes add seconds (10:30:00) or show a 12 hour clock (10:30 am). Both are the same kick-off. A missing time should become TBC, not a blank. ### A worked example Four lines of a typical export, as a CSV file: Here is how Fixturefold reads each fixture line, before your team name is applied: | Line | Date | Time | Sides | Venue | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 2 | 05/09/2026 | 10:30 | Millbrook Juniors v Hillside Athletic | Millbrook Rec | | 3 | 12/09/2026 | 10:00 | Northgate Colts v Millbrook Juniors | Northgate Park, Pitch 2 | | 4 | 19/09/2026 | TBC | Millbrook Juniors v Eastwood Rangers | blank | With the team name typed as Millbrook Juniors, the first line becomes a home game against Hillside Athletic and the second an away game against Northgate Colts at “Northgate Park, Pitch 2”, comma and all. The dates read two ways, 05/09 being 5 September or May 9, so the page asks once how dates are written. The third game keeps TBC, and its blank venue is filled from the home ground if you have set one. ### Common mistakes - Opening the CSV in a spreadsheet set to the other date order, which silently swaps day and month for every date it can. - Typing the team name differently from the league, such as Millbrook U12 for Millbrook Juniors, so no row matches. - Deleting the header row, which leaves the columns to be read by what they contain. - Copying only part of a long table from a web page; count the games against the league's total. ### Sources - [RFC 4180: Common Format and MIME Type for Comma-Separated Values (CSV) Files](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc4180), IETF, October 2005. A field holding a comma or a double quote is wrapped in double quotes, and a double quote inside it is written twice. Which is us?** Fixturefold compares each side with your team name and short name, ignoring capitals, spaces and punctuation. When one matches, the other side is the opponent. When neither matches, the row asks you to choose your side. **Why does a date like 03/04/2027 need a choice?** It is 3 April written day first and March 4 written month first. Both are real dates, so the page asks once how your list is written and reads every date that way. **Can I paste straight from the league website?** Usually. A table copied from a web page pastes as tab separated rows, which the page reads. Lines it cannot read stay in the list, marked, for you to fix or remove. --- # Social graphics sizes explained for team posts, Fixturefold URL: https://fixturefold.com/guides/social-graphics-sizes/ Last reviewed: 2026-10-19 > Why match day graphics are made 1080 pixels wide, what the square, 4 by 5 and 9 by 16 shapes are for, and how to keep words clear of cropped edges. ## Social graphics sizes explained Make match day graphics 1080 pixels wide in three shapes: 1080 by 1080 for a square post or a chat, 1080 by 1350 (4 by 5) for the tallest feed post, and 1080 by 1920 (9 by 16) for a story. Keep the words away from the edges, which some screens crop. By Fixturefold. Published 19 October 2026. Last updated 19 October 2026. ### The three shapes Size on a phone is about shape more than pixels. A feed shows images the full width of the screen, so what changes is how tall they are. Meta's own ad guides recommend a 4 by 5 shape for the Instagram feed and 9 by 16 for stories. Their recommended ad sizes are 1440 pixels wide; at 1080 the shapes are identical and the files are half the size, which matters when a volunteer is posting from a phone on a pitch side. | Shape | Pixels | Best for | | --- | --- | --- | | 1 by 1, square | 1080 by 1080 | Feed posts, club websites, group chats | | 4 by 5, portrait | 1080 by 1350 | The tallest feed post: the season image | | 9 by 16, full screen | 1080 by 1920 | Stories and status updates | ### What gets cropped A story fills the screen, but the app draws the account name over the top and a reply box over the bottom, so the top and bottom 250 or so pixels of a 1920 pixel story are partly covered. A square posted to a grid is shown whole, while a 4 by 5 image appears cropped to a narrower preview in some profile grids. So the date, the time and the opponent belong in the middle of the image, and the team name and colours can run to the edges. ### A worked example For an away game on Saturday 26 September at 11:00 against Kingsmead Wanderers, Fixturefold makes a square with “Next match”, the date, the kick-off, your badge, the opponent in large capitals, an A box with the word Away and the ground. The story puts the same blocks in a single centred column, with more space above and below so the app's own buttons fall on empty background. Both are saved as PNG, named by date, so a folder of them sorts in fixture order: 2026-09-26-1100-kingsmead-wanderers-1080x1080.png. ### Common mistakes - Putting the kick-off time in a corner, where the story's top bar hides it. - Saving as JPG with small text: the compression blurs edges. PNG keeps lettering sharp. - White text on a pale team colour. Text on a colour needs a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1; for pale colours that means black text. - Posting a graphic for a game whose time has since changed. Make it again from the updated list. ### Printing a graphic A 1080 pixel square prints well up to about 9 cm across at 300 pixels per inch, fine for a newsletter. For a wall, print the poster PDF instead: its text is drawn as type, so it stays sharp at any size. ### Sources - [Instagram Feed image ad specifications](https://www.facebook.com/business/ads-guide/update/image/instagram-feed), Meta Business Help. Recommends a 4 by 5 ratio, at 1440 by 1800 pixels for ads. Last reviewed 19 October 2026. - [Instagram Stories image ad specifications](https://www.facebook.com/business/ads-guide/update/image/instagram-story), Meta Business Help. Recommends a 9 by 16 ratio, at 1440 by 2560 pixels for ads. Last reviewed 19 October 2026. Fixturefold is not affiliated with any league, club, governing body or graphics vendor. ### Frequently asked questions **Why 1080 and not 1440 pixels wide?** Phones show a feed post or a story at about 1080 pixels across or less, so 1080 is sharp on screen and keeps files small. Meta recommends 1440 for paid ads; the shapes are the same, so a 1080 graphic is not cropped differently. **Which size for a WhatsApp or group chat?** The square. It shows whole in a chat preview, where tall images are often cut to a square or a short strip until opened. **Can I add the opponent's badge?** Fixturefold draws only your badge. Another club's badge is their mark; the graphic names the opponent in words instead. --- # Free printables for team volunteers, Fixturefold URL: https://fixturefold.com/printables/ Last reviewed: 2026-10-21 > Free printable sheets for the team volunteer: a blank season fixture poster, a match day team sheet, and a kit wash and snack rota, as PDFs. ## Printables for the team volunteer Three blank sheets to print and fill in by hand: a season fixture poster, a match day team sheet and a kit and snack rota. The full rules are on [how it works](https://fixturefold.com/how-it-works/), and the [fixture poster maker](https://fixturefold.com/) is where you try it. ### Frequently asked questions **What can I paste?** Rows copied from a spreadsheet or a league website table, a CSV file (commas or semicolons), columns split by a bar, or plain lines such as Sat 7 Mar 10:30 vs Rovers (A) at Park Lane. A header row with names like Date, Kick off, Opponent and Venue is read by name. You can also choose a CSV file, or type games one at a time. **Why does it ask how my dates are written?** Because 03/04 is 3 April written day first and March 4 written month first, and both are real dates. When any date in your list reads both ways, you choose once and every date follows that choice. Dates like 2027-03-04, or with the month in words, never need the question. **A line is marked Needs a fix. What now?** Read the message on the row: it says what is missing or wrong, such as no time, no home or away, or a weekday that does not match the date. Most have a button that fixes it in one click, such as Mark the time TBC. Otherwise open Edit and change the field, or remove the row. The poster waits until every row is ready. **What badge files work?** PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 2 MB. The badge is drawn in your browser and kept as a PNG of at most 360 pixels a side, with any transparency kept, so it sits cleanly on a coloured header. An SVG that refers to files or web addresses outside itself is refused; export it as PNG instead. With no badge, a monogram of the short name is drawn. **How are the text colours chosen?** Text on your team colour is set in white or black, whichever has the higher contrast, and the page tells you which and the ratio. Every word on a colour reaches at least 4.5 to 1. A colour that is almost white, or two colours that are almost the same, get a plain warning. Home games also carry an H and away games an A, so the poster reads in black and white. **Which sizes can I make?** The poster as a PDF on A4, Letter or A3, the season as a 1080 by 1350 pixel image for social media, and a 1080 by 1080 and a 1080 by 1920 graphic for each game. On paper the text is never smaller than 9 pt. **Can I print it at a copy shop?** Yes. Take the PDF: it carries its own fonts, so it prints the same on their computer. Ask for it to be printed at actual size, or 100 percent, on the paper size you chose, not fit to page. The poster has a white margin, so it does not need borderless printing. **How many fixtures fit?** From 1 to 60, plus up to 20 break weeks. The page tries 1, 2 and 3 columns and picks the arrangement with the largest text. If very long names stop 60 games fitting at 9 pt, it says so and suggests what to shorten, or a larger sheet. **The league moved a game. How do I update the poster?** Change the row and download the poster again. The page remembers the games on the last poster you made, counts what has changed since, and can add an Updated stamp with the date and mark the changed games, so families can tell the new copy from the old. **How do I share the graphics?** Each graphic downloads as a PNG named by the date of the game, ready to post or send to a group chat. Use the square for feed posts and chats and the tall one for stories. The ZIP holds every game's graphic at once. **Where are my team and fixtures kept?** In this browser only. The fixture list, the badge and the poster are all made on your device and never uploaded, and there is no account. Save a backup file to keep a copy or to move to another computer. **Can I send my poster to someone else to work on?** Yes. Share this, under the poster, makes a link that opens your team and its fixtures on another device. The work travels inside the link itself, after the # sign, which browsers never send to a server. The badge image and your other saved teams are never in it, and you can leave the team name out. The person who opens it sees it as shared with them, and nothing is saved on their side until they keep a copy. **Does it work offline, and can I put it on my home screen?** Yes. After one visit the maker opens and works with no connection. The PDF and ZIP engines are fetched the first time you use them, and work offline after that. In a browser that offers it, Install Fixturefold appears in the menu. On an iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. **Two games on one day, or a game with no kick-off time yet?** Both are fine. Two games on one day print as two rows under that date. A time not yet known can be marked TBC and prints as TBC. Only two games at the very same time on one day are flagged, to check. **Who is behind it?** Fixturefold is an independent tool. Fixturefold is not affiliated with any league, club, governing body or graphics vendor. The names on your poster are the ones you type. --- # About the season fixture poster maker, Fixturefold URL: https://fixturefold.com/about/ Last reviewed: 2026-10-19 > What Fixturefold is: a free browser tool that turns a team's fixture list into a season poster and match day graphics, who it is for, and what it is not. ## About Fixturefold A free tool for the parent, coach or club secretary who makes the season's fixture poster: paste the list once, and get a poster to print and a graphic for every game. ### Why we made it Every youth and amateur team has someone who types the fixtures into a template each season, then again when the league moves a game. It takes an evening, and a single slip, a wrong date or a home game marked away, sends a family to the wrong pitch. School and club graphics services exist, but they are priced for organisations with budgets, not for a volunteer with a fixture list and a team badge. We built Fixturefold to do that one job well. It reads the list as the league gives it, shows how every line was read, refuses to guess at anything unclear, and lays the season out by a fixed rule so the text stays readable however many games there are. ### What it does It reads pasted spreadsheet rows, CSV files and plain lines; asks once whether dates are written day or month first; sorts the season and flags copies; and makes a PDF poster in 3 styles on A4, Letter or A3, a 1080 by 1350 season image and square and story graphics for each game, in your colours with your badge. The rules are written out on [how it works](https://fixturefold.com/how-it-works/), and the [guides](https://fixturefold.com/guides/) cover the checks a volunteer makes before printing. ### How it treats your data Everything happens in your browser. The fixture list and the badge are never uploaded, there is no account, and the files you make go straight to your own downloads. Your team is saved in this browser so the next update takes a minute, and a backup file keeps a copy you control. ### On your phone After one visit the maker works with no connection. On an iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Other browsers that offer it show Install Fixturefold in the menu. ### What it is not - Not a league's official fixture list. It prints what you give it, so check changes with your league. - Not a design suite. Three styles, your colours and your badge, chosen to read well on a fridge or a noticeboard. - Not a guesser. A line it cannot read is marked for you to fix, never filled in. - Not tied to one sport. Football, rugby, netball, hockey or any season of fixtures works the same. ### Contact Questions, and reports of a line that was read wrongly, go to socialreminderinfo@gmail.com. No account is needed and nothing you add leaves your browser. **What does Premium add?** No "Made with" credit line on the poster, A3, a graphic for every game and all of them in one ZIP, up to 10 saved teams, and an Updated stamp with change marks when you re-make the poster mid-season. It does not change how a list is read. **What happens to a backup with more teams than the free plan keeps?** Everything in the file is kept. The first team stays editable, and the others open read-only: you can still make their posters. --- # Privacy: fixture lists stay in your browser, Fixturefold URL: https://fixturefold.com/privacy/ Last reviewed: 2026-10-19 > How Fixturefold handles your fixture list and badge: they are read, saved and turned into a poster in your browser, and nothing you add is ever uploaded. ## Privacy: your lists stay in your browser How Fixturefold handles your fixture list and badge: they are read, saved and turned into a poster in your browser, and nothing you add is ever uploaded. Last updated 19 October 2026 ### What you type Fixturefold asks only for what a poster needs: a team name, the fixture list (dates, times, opponents, venues), colours and, if you choose one, a badge image. A fixture list can say where children will be and when, so it is treated as private. It never asks who you are, and it has no field for your name, age, email or photo. ### What stays on your device Every list is read, and every poster, image and PDF is made, in your browser. There is no server side to this site: it is a set of static files. The fixture list you paste, a CSV file you choose and your badge file are read on your device and never sent anywhere. The only files the maker fetches are its own two poster fonts, from this site. Your saved teams, with their fixtures and badge, are written to your browser's own local storage, under keys beginning with `fixtureposter` and nowhere else (one of them is a short test that storage works, removed straight away). They belong to one browser on one device: they do not follow you to another computer, they are not backed up by us, and nobody else can read them. Clearing site data for this site removes them permanently. Use Save a backup file to keep a copy; that file is saved wherever you choose and is yours to keep or delete. ### No accounts There is no sign up, no sign in, no email capture and no password. Every page, including the poster maker and its downloads, works without identifying yourself in any way. ### What is collected No account, no advertising identifiers, and nothing you enter. Standard web server logs kept by the static host may record the request for a page, its time and a network address, in the ordinary way any web server records a request. ### Page counts If page visit counting is switched on for this site, visits are counted through Cloudflare. The count sets no cookie, cannot follow you to another site, and records that a page was opened, never what you typed. ### Purchases If paid plans are offered, a purchase is handled by RevenueCat and Stripe, who receive what a payment needs, such as your email address and card, and never your fixtures or badge. An anonymous purchase id is stored in this browser so your access is recognised here. ### Typeface Headings and posters are set in Barlow Condensed and Barlow, by The Barlow Project Authors, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The font files are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit. The licence sits beside them at [/fonts/OFL.txt](https://fixturefold.com/fonts/OFL.txt). ### Cookies Fixturefold sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or cross site tracking scripts. ### Changes If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change will appear on this page. ### Contact Questions about privacy go to socialreminderinfo@gmail.com. Since nothing is stored on a server, most requests are answered by telling you which local storage keys to clear. --- # Terms of use for the fixture poster maker, Fixturefold URL: https://fixturefold.com/terms/ Last reviewed: 2026-10-19 > The terms that apply when you use Fixturefold: what a poster made from your own list can be relied on for, your data, refunds and what stays free. ## Terms of use The terms that apply when you use Fixturefold: what a poster made from your own list can be relied on for, your data, refunds and what stays free. Last updated 19 October 2026 ### What this is Fixturefold is a layout tool. It reads the fixture list you paste or type and lays it out as a poster and graphics by fixed rules. It does not know your league's fixtures, so the poster is only as right as the list behind it. Leagues move games: check the poster against the league's own list before you print or share it. The poster is not an official league or club document. Where a line could be read two ways, the page asks you; where it cannot be read, it marks the line. What you confirm is what prints. ### Names used League, club and competition names on a poster are the ones you type, and belong to their owners. Use only a badge you are allowed to use. Fixturefold is not affiliated with any league, club, governing body or graphics vendor. ### What is free These stay free with no account. A paid tier adds the extras listed on the Premium page. Nothing free is moved behind a gate to make room for it. - Reading and fixing your fixture list, in every format the page reads - The season poster on A4 or Letter, in all three styles, as a PDF or printed - The social season image - Graphics for the next 3 games - 1 saved team, with backup export and import ### Your data Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device. You can clear it at any time, we cannot recover it, and it does not follow you to another device. Save a backup file to keep a copy of your teams. ### Refunds Not happy with a purchase?
